Dr. Matthew X. Joseph

Dr. Matthew X. Joseph is the Assistant Superintendent of Technology and Learning in New Bedford, MA, and CEO of X-Factor EDU, a full-service professional development, consulting, and publishing organization. With a career spanning roles such as Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Director of Digital Learning and Innovation, elementary school principal, classroom teacher, and district professional development specialist, Matt brings exceptional insight into how to best support teaching and learning at every level.

He holds a master’s degree in Special Education and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Boston College. His leadership journey inspired him to found X-Factor EDU in 2016, which now brings together educators from around the world to provide leadership coaching, district consulting, workshops, keynote presentations, and publishing opportunities that elevate educator voices.
